This is a five bedroom, three bathroom Villa set on a large plot. A feature that must be emphasized are the views of the Ifach Rock, the sea, the salt-lakes and mountains. It is said that this area has the most beautiful views of Calpe. The property is also close to amenities such as shops, hospital, bus stop, taxi rank, restaurants, schools, bars and the beach.

The villa consists of 5 double/twin large bedrooms. The villa is split into 2 separate apartments each with individual entrances. Each apartment consists of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with a double sofa bed in the bottom apartment, kitchen, bathroom, naya and Sky TV. The top apartment has the use of a large open roof terrace with beautiful views of Calpe and the Penon. There is also a studio apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom and double bed. There is a small surcharge for the studio. There is a large barbecue area with seating outside should you wish to entertain outside.

The villa also has a beautiful private swimming pool with stunning views and a shaded marble seating area. Directly opposite is Oscars Restaurant serving a variety of Spanish and International food. The restaurant also allows the use of a large pool and is also complemented by the only private tennis courts in Calpe which you may use for a small fee. There is also a playground for your children viewable from the seating area at the pool.

Just 2 minutes drive down the road and you reach a private marina called Porto Blanca and secluded beach suitable for children and swimming. Calpe is within 5 minutes drive from the villa and here you will find a variety of shops and restaurants.

The villa is fully centrally heated for use out of season.
